Anne has successfully represented clients in arbitration, mediation, and evaluative hearings, including appearing before an evaluator to advocate for a client with claims exceeding $675 million. She is well-versed in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, from pre-suit negotiations to complex litigation, with a strong emphasis on developing claims, ensuring clients are strategically positioned for success at every stage of a project’s lifecycle and in litigation.
Her recent work includes representing a design-builder on a $1.3 billion light rail transit project in Los Angeles, in developing and pursing more than $675 million in claims. She is also representing the same design-builder in an arbitration against its electrical subcontractor pursuing claims exceeding $100 million. In Florida, Anne recently helped resolve state court disputes exceeding $10 million arising from the representation of a general contractor on the development of a large-scale, mixed-use building in downtown Miami.
Anne also has a deep understanding of e-discovery, and leverages her expertise developing claims and in litigation.
