Mark Masterson is the Managing Partner of Moye, O’Brien & Masterson, LLP. Mark’s recent work includes representing clients in the development, pursuit, and determination of a claim exceeding $675 million on a $1.3 billion light rail project in Los Angeles and a $225 million claim on a $500 million power plant in Maryland. He has also recently represented design-builders in developing, pursuing, and resolving claims against design firms for errors and omissions leading to recoveries of tens of millions of dollars. Mark’s current work includes representing a design-builder in developing a more than $250 million delay and disruption claim arising from the design and construction of a landmark infrastructure project, representing contractors in developing complex delay and disruption claims arising from wastewater projects, and in pursuing claims seeking nearly $200 million from a designer and a subcontractor on a design-build project. He also recently completed a more than 45 day arbitration involving delay and extra work claims on an assisted living facility.

He advises clients in both public and private construction, with a focus on major infrastructure and public works projects, including highways, bridges, rail systems, ports, airports, nuclear facilities and military installations across the United States.
