John Moore is a board-certified construction lawyer in Florida with a decade of litigation experience, including the representation of industry-leading contractors and design-builders on some of the most significant and complex construction projects across North America. His practice focuses on high-stakes litigation and a broad range of alternative dispute resolution forums, helping clients navigate multi-million and billion-dollar projects.

John has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts, arbitration panels, and alternative dispute resolution forums, earning a reputation for his ability to handle complex disputes with precision and efficiency. He has appeared before the Chief Judge of the Southern District in a multi-week trial, advocating before some of the highest levels of judiciary. His litigation expertise spans all phases of dispute resolution, from pre-suit negotiations to trial, ensuring his clients are positioned for success at every stage.

His recent work includes the representation of a design-builder on a more than $1.3 billion light-rail transit project in Los Angeles in the development and pursuit of more than $675 million in claims; he also assisted in representing a design-builder on a more than $1.2 billion civil infrastructure project in Denver with more than $250 million in claims, which included managing the production of over 5 million documents from over 70 custodians. His recent Florida work includes completing an arbitration lasting several weeks concerning delay and extra work claims on an $80 million high-end assisted living facility in Weston, Florida, and helping resolve state court disputes exceeding $10 million arising from the construction of a 1.4 million square-foot mixed-use high-rise development in Miami, Florida.
