Tommy McManus helps represent industry leading general contractors, design-builders, and other construction professionals in high-stakes disputes on major construction projects. His practice focuses on assisting clients in developing fact-intensive claims in large-scale infrastructure and construction disputes. He has experience in developing claims in both federal and state courts, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums, and is known for his detail-oriented, fact-based approach to position clients for success.

His experience has helped him assist clients from the inception and evaluation of claims against designers and owners through the various stages of complex, technical construction disputes. Tommy has established a detail-oriented and fact-driven approach to developing strategies for work involving complex claims for clients.
